To make this run possible, please remember to NOT skip the introduction cutscene at the beginning of the mission, it's crucial to synchronize Franco as late as possible. Franco's loop takes over 5 minutes, when he starts from his hut in the Coca Fields, talks with the helicopter pilot, checks all the plants around the fields, etc. etc.. The most important thing about his loop however, is his total randomness where he checks his laptop and coughs out of nowhere, because of this the run might be delayed. Franco's loop is also very boring to watch and observe any potential accidents to perform, all of the possible gas or oil leaks, are way too distant from him. The only place where you can easily eliminate him without much difficulties, is his hut where a pilot resides all the time, and guards will never enter it unless alarmed. Thus, the easiest way to eliminate him might be to just shoot him when he is inside the hut and 47 is outside, through the window - just be sure noone can see Franco. His hut has got two pairs of windows, the one where you will shoot him, and the second where bystanders like Coca Field Workers might still see him, remember about it. You might also need to practice how to perform this elimination as quiet as possible, it is important to not alarm anyone, because then the guards will look for you and Franco. In case of Rico, you must reach the Mansion's bathroom at 2:45-2:50 mark to lure him just by standing in front of him, to attract him to the bathroom without any guards. Once he is lured, you might take a shelter in the container or other side of the room, then you can quickly eliminate him anything you want, and Andrea doesn't need a guide, she is easy :P. The distant village of Santa Fortuna is a home to the Delgado Cartel, you must know them from a Hitman Blood Money installment. Main figures of this cartel are the leader Rico Delgado, their PR figure Andrea Martinez and the main chemist, Jorge Franco. The village is full of Sicarios, Elite Guards and other small hostiles, basically everyone here might be a potential danger. Some of the villagers are even cooperating with a cartel, you might some of them being employed like a Bartender or Sub Engineer. Don't be deceived by the villagers and the public support for Rico and his cartel, in reality they are just a bunch of local mobs. Rico Delgado resides in his luxurious mansion, the entrance to it is heavily guarded by his soldiers, you need to improvise. Rico's weakness is his love to El Mijo, a lovely Hippo residing in his enclosure... guess what, we will be going to exploit this love. Andrea Martinez by far is the easiest target for you to take, she is also the closest one from our default starting point. Jorge Franco resides in the Coca Field, a location heavily guarded by the Coca Fields, hidden deep in the Santa Fortuna's jungle.
