For Dough: 1½ cup maida ½ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt 1 tsp garlic bread seasoning 2 tsp oil ½ cup curd (dahi) Water as needed For Stuffing: ½ cup grated cheese ¼ cup grated paneer 7-8 garlic cloves 2 green chillies, finely chopped ½ capsicum, finely chopped 9–10 mint (pudina) leaves, chopped ½ tsp black pepper powder ¼ tsp salt 1 tsp chilli flakes For Topping: Butter (for greasing) 1 tsp kalonji (nigella seeds) Recipe: 1. In a bowl, add maida, baking soda, salt, garlic bread seasoning, and oil. 2. Add curd and mix well to combine. 3. Gradually add water and knead a soft dough. 4. Cover and rest the dough for about 10 minutes. 5. In another bowl, mix grated cheese, paneer, green chillies, capsicum, mint leaves, black pepper, salt, and chilli flakes. 6. Combine everything well and make small stuffing balls. 7. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a small puri. 8. Place one stuffing ball in the center, bring the edges together, and seal properly to form smooth balls. 9. Brush the top with butter and sprinkle kalonji. 10. Heat a tawa on medium flame. 11. Apply a little water on the bottom side of each naan ball and stick it to the tawa. 12. Once it starts puffing, flip the tawa upside down over the flame to cook the top evenly. 13.
