I love that it doesn't have any processed ingredients at all, its just simple ingredients that work together to make a delicious side dish for your Thanksgiving Table! Ingredients:** 1 lb elbow macaroni 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 2 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded 2 cups half-and-half 2 cups whole milk 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika - *Instructions:* 1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk continuously to form a roux, cooking for about 2 minutes until slightly golden. 3. Gradually add half-and-half and milk, whisking constantly until smooth and thickened. 4. Stir in salt, pepper,& paprika. 5. Reduce heat to low and add shredded cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth. 6. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and slowly temper them by adding a few spoonfuls of the hot cheese sauce to the eggs, whisking constantly to avoid scrambling. 7. Gradually add the tempered eggs to the cheese sauce, stirring well. 8. Combine cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce, mixing well. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. 9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
