I try to hold on to the flavors of summer as long as possible, like with these grilled (or broiled) chicken kebabs. I marinate them with Greek yogurt, fresh dill, and lemon juice to make them flavorful and tender. Serve them with an arugula and fresh corn salad, and you can practically feel the sun on your shoulders. And the best part about this recipe?
