Detained persons have access to fresh air, recreational time and sports activities. They have access to library books, news and television. They can also cook for themselves. The detained person can also access computer facilities. They have one computer in their cell, which is linked to a specific computer at the Court, and only their defense will have access. The defense can upload case-related material which the detained person can access and make comments on. The detained person can be visited by a consular or diplomatic representative of his/her country, and is entitled to privileged communication with them.
