
How to make blackened steak & shrimp alfredo #dinner
Ingredients: 1/2 lb shrimp (seasoned with 1 tsp blackened seasoning) 1/2 lb steak (seasoned with 1 tsp blackened seasoning 1 box penne pasta 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 stick butter 1 small onion, chopped 4-5 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1 tbsp blackened seasoning 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese parsley for garnish Directions: 1. Cook pasta according to directions, set aside. 2. Heat vegetable oil over medium heat, add shrimp and cook thoroughly. Set aside. 3. Melt butter over medium high heat, add steak, cook 1-2 mins, set aside with shrimp. 4. Drain any liquid from the pan. Reduce heat to medium, add onion and cook 3-4 mins. 5. Add garlic and cook another minute. 6. Whisk in heavy cream, blackened seasoning, then parmesan cheese. 7. Heat until all mixed and mixture thickens. 8. Add in pasta, shrimp, and steak. Stir to combine.
