No searing, no stress—just toss everything in a pan and let the oven do the magic. 📝 Ingredients: • 4 salmon fillets, skin removed • Salt & black pepper, to taste • 1 tbsp olive oil • 3 cloves garlic, minced • ⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped • 2 cups baby spinach • ½ cup coconut cream (or light cream if preferred) • ¼ cup chicken or vegetable broth • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast or grated parmesan (optional) 🍽️ Directions: 1.
