Phala Phala theft on the radar in Namibia
A third suspect in the robbery at President Cyril Ramaphosa’s Phala Phala farm appeared in the Bela Bela Magistrate’s Court yesterday alongside two others who were apprehended this week. The Namibian nationals are accused of stealing $580 000 from the farm. This latest development was preceded by a back-and-forth between authorities in South Africa and Namibia on when and how the suspects fled and where they were initially apprehended.
