Broadway limited imports ho ac6000 random brake problem. Please help

My one week old bli ho ac6000 is having this strange braking problem. It brakes by itself every 10-20 seconds. I tried cleaning wheels/tracks, resetting to factory setting but nothing works. My other one month old bli challenger 3985 had similar problem and in the end something inside gear box broke and it was completely stuck. I sent it back to bli for warranty repair but the repair queue is so long, they won’t even check the engine for another 17 weeks. Does anyone have similar problem could help me with this ac6000 ? Thanks.
