Today’s 5-Minute Movement is all about balance. No mat or props needed—just you, your breath, and a few moments to steady yourself. (If your legs are feeling extra tight, having a chair or blocks nearby might help when we fold.) We’ll start with simple calf raises to wake up the ankles, then move into Tree Poses and some side-body stretches to challenge our stability. And because balance is more than just standing on one foot, we’ll finish with gentle twists and mindful breathwork to bring everything together. Whether you wobble or stand tall, this is about showing up for yourself and orientating toward steadiness—both on and off the mat.
