Take out the guards silently and one of them should drop a bonus grenade (does only work when he didn't notice you). After you opened the door for Elena, a Jeep will come. Go to its backdoor and drop the grenade. 4 Guys should jump out of the truck and get killed instantly. Reload the Checkpoint if you mess up.
