We are beyond thrilled to have one of the most incredible athletes in Australia join us again at this year’s TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS - Madison de Rozario. 👑 Soon to be a 5x Paralympian in Paris, reigning T54 Paralympic Marathon Champion, and the defending TCS Sydney Marathon Elite Wheelchair Champion, Madison is a spectacular athlete, human, and has become very much a part of the fabric of our event. 🙌 We are equally as excited to have 2023 Men’s Elite Wheelchair Champion & one of fastest ever over the marathon distance Josh Cassidy, return to Sydney to defend his crown at the TCS Sydney Marathon Elite Men’s Wheelchair event. 👑 Fun fact - Josh’s PB of 1:18:25 is an average of over 34km/hr! 🤯 These incredible athletes will join several of the world’s best Elite Wheelchair marathoners to kick off an incredible day of racing at 5:50am, starting just before our Elite Men’s & Women’s races.
