The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald: Gordon Lightfoot Cover

While we still have just a touch of November left, I wanted to share this cover. 50 years ago, one of the most infamous shipwrecks turned into an extraordinarily famous song by a brilliantly talented songwriter from our neighbors to the north. This song really captured me this year ahead of all of the commemorations of the event held in Minnesota in a way that it never has before, and I spent several weeks learning it along with the lyrics, but I still don’t know that I did justice to Gordon and his amazing work, I do not own the music, this is his song.
