Ingredients: (For keema) 1/2 lbs Minced Beef. 1/2 Onion. 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic. 1/2 tsp Salt. 1/2 tsp Paprika. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder. 1/2 tsp Coriander powder. 1/2 tsp Cumin seed powder. 1/2 tsp Garam masala. Pinch of Cumin seeds. 1/2 cup Tomato puree. Green chili pepper. Cilantro. Recipe: In a pan add oil and onion. Once the onion is translucent add ginger-garlic. Fry for 30 seconds and add minced beef. Fry for 7-10 minutes. Add salt, paprika and turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seed powder and garam masala. Fry it for 2-3 minutes. Add pinch of cumin seeds. Add tomato puree. Mix it well. Add green chili peppers. Just fry for 2-3 minutes. Cover & cook for 5-7 minutes on low to medium heat. Once the oil separates its done. Add fresh cilantro. To make a bowl. Boil rice and make some salad. Add everything in a bowl and finish it of with a fried egg.
