How to Stay Healthy While Traveling: Diet Hacks for Your Weight Loss Journey & How to Stay on Track
Eating healthy and exercising while traveling for work or on a vacation can be challenging. Usually, there aren’t many healthy food options, you can only eat out at restaurants, you cannot prepare your own meals, or cannot find healthy snacks. Plus, you are off your regular routine so you do not have time to work out or exercise. This can lead to making poor food choices and losing your progress. In this video, I give tips on how to stay on track with your weight loss journey while traveling. You want to make sure you plan: bring a water bottle and stay hydrated. Also, plot out your restaurants where they are, and what you’ll eat from there. Get a hotel with options that are conducive to your weight loss journeys such as a mini fridge, microwave, gym, pool, and continental breakfast.
