Take a pan add some oil add garlic and than add your paste add pinch of sugar, 1 tspn salt, half tspn dark soy sauce, 1 tspn vinegar. Let it come to a boil and its ready to be served. 4. Now roll the dough not too thin cut in round shapes and fill the veggie mix. Steam for 10 mins and serve.
