San Bernardino: FBI treats shooting as terrorist attack

The Islamic State group has claimed that the couple who shot dead 14 people in the Californian city of San Bernardino were among its followers. But US officials say that - although the woman involved, Tashfeen Malik, had comments praising IS posted on her Facebook page, there was no evidence that the attack had been directed by the Islamist group, or that the organisation even knew who the couple were.
