When digging through 45s, this one caught my eye...the weird title and artist name was too hard to resist. Who knew it was a number one hit in Belgium and UK? This video shows what I was thinking and looking up about Lieutenant Pigeon while listening to the record for my first time. The growl made me howl, and I immediately HAD to look them up.
