Healthy Fusion⭕    / @healthyfoodfusion   Food Fusion Kids⭕    / @foodfusionkids   00:00 Bombay Bakery Inspired Chocolate Cake 00:12 Prepare Buttercream Frosting 00:57 Prepare Chocolate Frosting 01:19 Prepare Chocolate Cake 02:44 Cake Decoration 04:00 Aray waah Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Buttercream Frosting: -Nurpur butter unsalted 150g soft -Milk powder1/3 Cup -Vanilla essence ½ tsp -Icing sugar 2 Cups -Whipping cream 1 & ½ tbs Prepare Chocolate Frosting: -Cocoa powder 4-5 tbs -Whipping cream 3 & ½ tbs Prepare Chocolate Cake: -Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups -Cocoa powder 4 tbs -Instant coffee 2 tsp -Baking powder 2 & ½ tsp -Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp -Nurpur butter unsalted 200g soft -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 200g (1 Cup) -Vanilla essence 2 tsp -Anday (Eggs) 5 -Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup -Sugar syrup (dissolve 4-5 tbs of sugar in 1 Cup water) -Badam (Almonds) chopped Directions: Prepare Buttercream Frosting: -In a kneading machine,add butter,milk powder,vanilla essence,gradually add icing sugar & beat well for 8-10 minutes. -Add whipping cream & beat for 2 minutes. -Take out 1/3rd potion of icing mixture in a piping bag & refrigerate until use. Prepare Chocolate Frosting: -In a small bowl,add cocoa powder,whipping cream & mix well. -Now add this mixture in remaining white icing & beat until well combined then transfer to a piping bag & refrigerate until use. Prepare Chocolate Cake: -On a bowl,place a sieve,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,instant coffee,baking powder,pink salt & sift well then mix well & set aside. -In a kneading machine,add butter & beat well for 6-8 minutes. -Add caster sugar,vanilla essence & beat well for 3 minutes. -Gradually add eggs one by one & beat well. -Gradually add flour mixture,milk & beat until well combined. -Grease 8-inch round baking pan with butter & line it with butter paper. -Pour cake batter,spread evenly & tap few times. -Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 50 minutes or until skewer comes out clean. -Let it cool. -Remove cake from baking pan and with the help of the cake knife,horizontally cut two layers of cake. -Place first layer of cake on cake stand,add sugar syrup,add & spread buttercream frosting. -Place another layer of cake,add sugar syrup,add prepared chocolate frosting & cover the sides of the cake with frosting. -Apply chopped almonds on the sides of the cake. -Refrigerate until chilled. -Cut into desired slices & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Directions: Prepare Buttercream Frosting: -Kneading machine mein makhan,milk powder,vanilla essence aur thora thora ker ka icing sugar shamil karein aur 8-10 minutes kliya beat ker lein. -Whipping cream dal ker 2 minute kliya beat ker lein. -1/3rd portion ko piping bag mein nikal lein & use kernay tak refrigerate ker lein. Prepare Chocolate Frosting: -Chotay bowl mein cocoa powder aur whipping cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Ab is mixture ko remaining white icing mein dal dein aur ache tarhan beat ker lein & use kernay tak refrigerate ker lein. Prepare Chocolate Cake: -Bowl mein sieve rakh dein,maida,cocoa powder,instant coffee,baking powder aur pink salt dal ker ek saath sift ker lein phir ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein. Kneading machine mein makhan dal ker6 8 minutes kliya beat ker lein. -Bareek cheeni aur vanilla essence dal ker 3 minutes kliya beat ker lein. -Thora thora ker ka anda shamil karein aur beat kertay rahein. -Thora thora ker ka flour mixture aur doodh shamil karein aur beat kertay rahein. -8-inch round baking pan ko makhan sa grease karein aur butter paper laga lein. -Cake batter dal ker evenly pheela lein aur few times tap karein. -Preheated oven mein 170C per 50 minutes kliya bake ker lein. -Thanda ker lein. -Cake ko baking pan sa nikal lein aur cake knife ki madad sa horizontally layers mein cut ker lein. -Cake ki first layer ko cake stand per rakh dein,sugar syrup laga lein aur tayyar buttercream frosting laga lein. -Ek aur cake layer rakh dein,sugar syrup laga lein aur tayyar chocolate frosting dal ker cake ki sides ko cover ker lein. -Chopped badam ko cake ki sides per laga lein. -Thanda ho jaay tak refrigerate ker lein. -Desired slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
