He is an international fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and a member of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV). Before joining Novartis, Dr. Moreira was an investigator in 25+ clinical trials and his research was published in 20+ peer reviewed scientific journals. His medical training included residency and fellowship programs at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in Germany, as well as a clinical and a postdoctoral research fellowship at the Tisch Cancer Institute at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York.
