If you are looking for a healthy and high protein breakfast and you do not have protein powder, this is your recipe! This dark chocolate & banana overnight oats is also perfect for dessert or as a snack 🥣 ✨ Ingredients: 40g oats 1/2 banana 1 tsp stevia (or sweetener of your choice) 100ml water 100g of high protein yoghurt or mix plain yoghurt with @casadesante protein powder (available at casadesante.com) 1 tsp cocoa powder 1/2 tsp stevia (or sweetener of your choice) Directions: Mix oats, water, 1/2 banana and stevia until combined. Microwave for 1min 30sec. Mix cocoa powder, stevia & yoghurt and spread over the oat layer. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
