Spicy Korean Tofu Stew with Fried Eggs!
For some reason I am one of the odd people who craves tofu. It's one of my favorite ingredients to use in dishes, so a spicy Korean tofu stew was a no brainer. I always serve it with eggs over rice (I know it's easier to drop the egg directly into the soup but I don't like the consistency when it cooks).
