
Soft and fluffy condensed milk Bread
Hello everyone, I will share a bread recipe that you will really enjoy eating for your break time snack, breakfast or even dinner. It’s so really soft and so fluffy like a cotton. The texture is so drooling and smells so delicious while still inside the oven. It’s easy to prepare with a very simple ingredients. Please join me here and discover how. You will only need the following: For dough: 150ml lukewarm milk 2 tbsp condensed milk 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp instant dry yeast 1 large egg 300g all purpose baking flour 1/2 tsp salt 30g unsalted butter (softened) For the filling/toppings: 60g salted butter (melted slightly) 2 tbsp condensed milk 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar Egg wash: 1 medium egg yolk 1 tbsp milk For dough instructions: In a Bowl mix milk,condensed milk,sugar and yeast. Leave for 5 minutes to activate. After that, add egg and whisk to dissolve. Add flour and salt and mix to combine evenly. Knead for 3 minutes then add butter afterwards. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic dough. Cover and leave for 1 hour to ferment. After 1 hour deflate and transfer to working table. Divide into 2 equal parts and shape into round. Flatten each dough into rectangular shape as shown in the video. Spread the filling and roll it. Cut into 1.5 inches apart then place into baking pan. Cover for 30-45 minutes.
