Apr. 4, 2021: "King Jesus, Risen Messiah"

The scripture for this message is Matthew 28:1-10 and Isaiah 11:11-16. Pastor Eric preaches. The tomb is empty. Death has been conquered. Christ has risen! Mary Magdalene and Mary, mother of James and Joseph, come to the tomb only to discover it is empty! The angel commissions them to share the good news with the disciples. As they go, they encounter the risen Jesus. Jesus has risen, conquered death, and shows us the real hope of life in him. In continuing through the book of Isaiah, Isaiah prophesies about the Messiah who will come to save Israel and Judah. Over 750 years later, Jesus has come, bringing victory over death itself and salvation for the entire world!
