Defence minister says Canada "actively examining" ways to assist Ukraine's army

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says the West needs to go beyond sanctions and weapons to fight Russian President Vladimir Putin. Zelenskyy, along with numerous other Ukrainians, have persisted with requests for NATO to implement a no-fly zone over Ukraine. But such plans are still out of the question for NATO allies, amid fears it could trigger an even larger conflict.
