An anti-Kremlin group of Russian fighters claimed on Sunday to have captured several Russian soldiers during a cross border raid and is now saying it will hand them over to Kyiv. The Russian Volunteer Corps demanded a meeting with the governor of the Russian border region, Belgorod in exchange for the captured soldiers.
