Ingredient: 2 cups or 240 grams all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 3/4 cup or150 grams sugar 1/2 cup or 100 grams fresh orange juice 1/2 cup or 100 grams oil 1/2 cup or 125 grams milk For the glaze: 1/2 cup icing sugar 2 tbsp. fresh orange juice Method: Preheat the oven at 180 C. Lined and greased a loaf pan and set aside. Mix together all-purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda. In a separate bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients. Pour the wet mixture into dry mixture. Mix & pour into a loaf pan. Tap on the counter top and bake at 180 C for 35-40 minutes. Once the cake is done, allow it to cool in the pan for about 30 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle the orange glaze over the cooled cake.
