Joyful Moments for Children Organized by: Anya Pathshala A Special Initiative of Suchetana Social Responsibility Mission - SSRM The much-anticipated event, Joyful Moments for Children, was held on December 24th from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM under the auspices of Anya Pathshala, a special initiative of Suchetana Social Responsibility Mission. This heartwarming celebration brought together 21 young participants, their mothers, and dedicated volunteers to share the spirit of creativity, sustainability, and festivity. Creative Workshop The evening commenced with an engaging Creative Workshop conducted by the trainer Pallabi Shil and Sudeshna, the Craft teacher of Anya Pathshala. Children were guided in transforming everyday discarded materials into beautiful and functional items. The workshop not only sparked their imagination but also promoted sustainability, instilling a sense of responsibility towards the environment. The joy and enthusiasm of the children were evident as they immersed themselves in the creative process, producing unique crafts with their little hands. Christmas Eve Surprise Adding to the festive cheer, each of the 22 children received a specially curated gift set comprising a long exercise book, a small exercise book, a pen, a pencil, a compass, chocolate biscuits, cakes, potato chips, chocolates, chocolate flavoured nutritious breakfast cereals. The smiles on their faces lit up the evening, making the Christmas celebration even more meaningful. Involvement of Mothers The event also saw active participation from the mothers of the Anya Pathshala family, making it a memorable and inclusive experience. A highlight was Mithu Ghosh Parui, Primary Teacher of Anya Pathshala, preparing live Jhalmuri (spicy puffed rice) for everyone, adding a personal and delightful touch to the gathering. Grand Feast The evening concluded with the distribution of food packets for every attendee of the event. This grand feast ensured that the warmth of the occasion extended to all, leaving everyone with hearts full of joy and satisfaction.
