
Vanilla queen cakes recipe | Baking basics
INGREDIENTS: ▪︎6 cups Cake flour ▪︎6 tsp Baking Powder ▪︎1/4 tsp Salt ▪︎ 2 Cups Granulated Sugar ▪︎500g Rama/Stork margarine ▪︎3 Large eggs ▪︎2 tsp vanilla essence ▪︎2 & 1/2 Cups full cream milk INSTRUCTIONS👩🏾🍳 1. Preheat your oven at 180° Celsius or 355° Fahrenheit 1. In a big bowl sift flour then add baking powder, salt & sugar. 2. Fold the margarine into the flour mixture then gently mix until it's fluffy & light. (This procedure helps your queen cakes to be fluffy). 3. In medium bowl add eggs, vanilla essence & milk then mix. 4. Pour the the egg mixture into the flour mixture then mix with hand mixer until smooth. 5. Grease your muffin pan & scoop the batter up to 3/4 full. 6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until when your toothpick comes out clean when you insert it into the muffins.
