Stand between them and grip the bars with your palms facing your body and arms fully extended. Lower your body by bending your elbows until your shoulders are below your elbows. Push yourself back up to the starting position. This exercise targets your triceps and shoulders. Kneeling Triceps Extension To perform a kneeling triceps extension, kneel on the floor with your back straight and a dumbbell held in both hands overhead. Lower the dumbbell behind your head by bending your elbows, then extend your arms to lift it back up. This exercise effectively works the triceps muscles. Maintain proper form and control throughout. Flexor Depressor Retraction The flexor depressor retraction exercise strengthens the muscles of your upper back and shoulders. Start by standing with feet shoulder-width apart and a slight bend in your knees. Hold a resistance band in both hands in front of you, arms extended. Pull the band apart by squeezing your shoulder blades together while keeping your arms straight. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat for a complete set. This exercise helps improve posture and upper body strength. Wrist Circle Wrist circle exercises help improve wrist flexibility and mobility. Extend your arms in front of you with your palms facing down. Slowly rotate your wrists in a circular motion, moving from your wrists and keeping your arms straight. Perform clockwise and anticlockwise circles for a balanced workout. This exercise is great for wrist warm-ups and relieving stiffness. Rear Deltoid Stretch To perform a rear deltoid stretch, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Extend your right arm across your chest at shoulder level. Use your left hand to gently pull your right arm closer to your chest. Hold for 15-30 seconds and switch sides. This stretch targets the rear deltoid muscles and improves shoulder flexibility. Wrist Pull Stretch The side wrist pull stretch is a simple exercise to relieve wrist tension. Extend your right arm in front of you, palm facing down. With your left hand, gently pull your right hand's fingers downward. Hold for 15-30 seconds. Switch sides and repeat. This stretch helps alleviate wrist strain and improve flexibility.
