Rival South Sudan factions reportedly set to sign draft power-sharing deal

Mediators in neighbouring Khartoum claim the warring South Sudanese factions agreed to sign a preliminary peace deal on Thursday. However, the opposition SPLM-IO has refuted this. Led by Riek Machar, the opposition says it's submitted its views on the draft proposal and is awaiting a response from the mediators.
