Opening up a Garbage Pail Kids Series 1 negative Savage Stuart 33b after 8 and half years

Originally I thought this was a Chilly Millie, but in reality it was a Savage Stuart Garbage Pail Kid. The Mailing date is 7/30/08, and I opened it up on 5/31/17. I decided to put this up on Ebay. Thanks for looking.
