QUICK INSTANT POT MASOOR DAL GOOD SOURCE FOR PROTEIN, WITH GARLIC & GREEN CHILLIS.

Soak Masoor dal for 30 mins. Finely chop garlic,tomatoes and green chillies. Saute all ingredients in mixture of oil & ghee. Add turmeric,dhana jeera and red chilli powder salt according to taste. Optional tea spoon of brown sugar and lemon juice.
