Upper provinces including Seoul still has moderately highl level of fine dust, but it should return to the normal range before noon, and the whole peninsula will be covered by lots of clouds today. and it will be a rainy day for some parts. It will rain from Jeju this afternoon and central parts of the peninsula including Seoul will also see light rain which could be mixed with snow falling after 9 p.m. So till then, we′ll have dry and mild day today. The high in Seoul will later peak at 9 here in Seoul, feeling more like early spring. And as for the readings in other parts, The top temperatures in Daegu and Busan will rise to 11 and Gwangju gets up to 10. Jeju Island and Daejeon will rise to 10 and Dokdo will top out at 7. Tonight′s rain will bring down the temperatures quite a bit and on Friday we′ll have a cold day with low plunging to minus 6 here in Seoul.
