June 16, 2014 Pilger Nebraska Tornadoes

Just what everybody needs, another Pilger vid, right? This one may be a little different than what you've seen previously. Yeah, it took me forever to post this. Long uninteresting story. Check out the whooshing of the tornado at 1:35! I've never heard that before, and didn't notice it at the time, but when I heard it on the video I was pretty surprised. I also didn't know that any town had been affected as I was recording this. The 9:18 timestamp after the tornado crossed highway 15 (and struck Pilger) is Zulu, so local time was 4:18 PM CDT. I spent about an hour in Pilger helping out, doing whatever I could, right after this. There was debris scattered for miles around the countyside to the northeast of Pilger.
