Today on The Transplant Helper it's time for another huge shout out. Today's shout goes to Lauren Meizo. Lauren is currently awaiting a Heart and Kidney Transplant. She received her first heart transplant back in 2013. Back in July she went back into heart and kidney failure. Please keep Lauren and her mom Lynn Robitaille in your prayers.
