Police: ADF Rebels regroup, name Jamil Mukulu’s Successor

Security agencies say the rebel group, the Allied Democratic Forces have started regrouping under a new leadership . The revelation comes just weeks after the arrest extradition of its founder Jamil Mukulu to Uganda Security also say the Lord’s Resistance Army led by Joseph Kony is also regrouping in Garamba forest in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
