Prepare Quinoa Dosa Batter: • Soak quinoa for at least 2 hours or overnight for better results. • In a blender, add soaked quinoa, cucumber, green chili, ginger, cumin, coconut powder,turmeric, black pepper, and salt. • Grind into a smooth batter. Rest it for 10 minutes. ⸻ 2. Prepare Spicy Onion Chutney: • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. • Add garlic cloves and sauté for a few seconds. • Add chopped onions and dry red chilies. Sauté until the onions turn soft. • Allow the mixture to cool, then grind it with tamarind and salt into a smooth chutney. ⸻ 3. Prepare Tempering (Tadka): • Heat 2 tsp oil in a small pan. • Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and let them splutter. • Add urad dal, curry leaves, and turmeric.
