Crispy Pizza Poppers Recipe Ingredients (makes ~14–16 poppers) • 1 large potato (250 g), boiled & mashed • ½ cup poha, soaked 3 min & squeezed • 2 tbsp roasted besan • 3 tbsp bread crumbs • ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp oregano, ¼ tsp chili flakes Filling: • ½ cup mozzarella, shredded • ½ cup mixed capsicum (red, yellow, orange), finely chopped • ¼ cup boiled corn • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup • Few coriander leaves, pinch oregano & chili flakes Method 1. Mash potato, mix in poha, besan, crumbs, and seasoning → smooth dough. 2. Mix filling: cheese, capsicum, corn, ketchup, coriander, and herbs. 3. Flatten dough ball → stuff with filling → seal into ball. 4. Cook in paniyaram pan with a little oil, covered 2–3 min, then flip and cook uncovered 3–4 min until golden. 5.
