Pieiron cheesy chicken parmesan, made with garlic bread (or Texas toast) over the campfire

This is a closer look at the chicken parm I made during my October camping trip. Authentic? Definitely not. But it's a hearty, easy, and tasty dish that everyone will enjoy, especially when the weather is chilly. INGREDIENTS Texas toast or garlic bread (You may have to trim off the roundness to get it to fit), defrosted Provolone cheese Grated parmesan Fresh basil (optional) Breaded chicken patty, defrosted Some kind of tomato or red pepper sauce. (Go light, so it doesn't get soggy) I didn't use it, but a sprinkle of Italian seasoning would probably be nice too The pieiron I was going to get at Sportsman's Warehouse: https://www.sportsmans.com/camping-ge... The price on Amazon fluctuates, so sometimes, it's the same price, but usually, it's more expensive there -- part of the reason I wanted to get it from Sportsman's. https://amzn.to/3tJGJXO
