Hey everybody. Jared, at etrailer.com. Today, I want take a quick look at the 5,200 pound Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System, a two inch lift spindle with brake flange by Timbren. Now Timbren's Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System replaces your trailer's existing leaf spring suspension. And it can eliminate the need for an axle. The independent action of the suspension reduces roll when your trailer is cornering and it allows you to maximize ground clearance and minimize deck height. Now the up and down motion of the mainspring and the side to side motion of the rebound spring work together to provide a smooth, consistent compression with no twisting. And this is gonna result in a better ride and it puts less stress on your suspension components. It's easy to install and align. You can either bolt or weld the system to your trailer's frame. And when you receive your packaging, you're going to have three boxes and they're going to include two suspension units without hubs and all included hardware. Now, if it's on the one axle and two extra trailers then use regular tires but they're not recommended for triple axle applications. If we consider the compatibility and spindle hubs, the bearings will be 25,580 on the inner and on the outer, you'll have 15,123 or L M 67 0 4 8. A seal inner diameter is 2.250 inches. And it does have that weight capacity of 5,200 pounds and it'll fit any trailer width. Now if we look at the parts of this system here, you can see the heavy duty hell rubber EON, progressive rate mainspring, and that's what's going to support the weight of your trailer and cargo as it usually absorbs road shock. On the back here, we do have the rebound spring and that's going to minimize trailer bounce, rattle, and bottoming out. And it keeps your suspension under constant tension and ensures that the main spring compresses and expands in a controlled fashion. The trailing arm and integrated hanger is going to attach to the suspension to the side and bottom of your trailer frame. Under here, we have the controller arm, and that carries a spindle on the hub and it pivots on a strong, long lasting urethane bushing that never requires lubrication. Switching it around here, this is the easy-lube two inch lift spindle and it is simple to grease. If damaged, you can just remove it, replace it. It's going to save you both time and money. And on the back here, we have a built-in hole and this accepts two inch by three inch tubing. Now Timbren is a fine brand. It's known for quality and we carry many of those Timbren products here at etrailer.com. Well, that's a look at our 5,200 pound Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System, a two inch lift spindle and with brake flange by Timbren and I'm Jared with etrailer.com. You have a good one..
