DAY 7 OF BALANCED 30-MIN MEALS: GREEK TURKEY BURGS! 🍔 If you’ve ever been a skeptic of ground turkey, this will change the game for you! I’ve added diced fresh veggies and soaked breadcrumbs for a super moist patty (yes I said it. haha). Meal Prep Tip: I recommend doubling the recipe and making meatballs OR more burger patties to get two nights of nourishing meals with half the effort! What you’ll need: • 1/4 cup milk • ¼ cup bread crumbs (or bran buds for some extra fiber!) • 1 lb lean ground turkey • 1 large egg • ½ red pepper, diced into small pieces • ¼ of a small red onion, diced • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled • 1 small clove of garlic, minced • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped • 1 tsp dried oregano • Coarse salt and freshly-cracked pepper (approx. 1/4 tsp each) • 4 whole grain hamburger buns * alternatively can wrap a patty in lettuce as your “bun” for a lighter meal Additional topping suggestions: • Small dollop of tzatziki • Thinly sliced red onion or pickled red onion • Spinach • Cucumber • Fresh tomato ✨Make sure you’re following along @lindsaypleskot.rd for all 12 days of balanced 30-minute meals!
