BioShock Infinite: Burial At Sea Episode 1 Walkthrough Part 3: Housewares (EPISODE ENDING)

Following an attack by Splicer, Booker and Elizabeth watch on as Sally crawls into the ventilation shaft of department store's housewares building and proceeds to escape deep into the ventilation system. Aware that they won't be able to pursue her directly, Elizabeth uses the schematics of the building to pinpoint the locations of six ventilation shafts left throughout the housewares building, intending to close them off and then use the building's heating controls to heat up the ventilation system enough to burn Sally out through the system's main shaft since she'd effectively be cut off from other escape routes. Despite Booker's open objections to Elizabeth's plan to hurt Sally in order to force her into the open, he is forced to help her as Splicers spread out throughout the store and start camping near the ventilation shafts in an attempt to lure Sally out of hiding for their own ends, forcing Booker and Elizabeth to kill them as they make their way through the building and progressively close the ventilation system down, ultimately making their way to the central shaft located within the store's toys section and heating the vents enough to force Sally to the edge of the central shaft. However, upon approaching the shaft to try and coax the girl out of hiding, Booker and Elizabeth make a horrifying discovery; Upon being kidnapped, Sally was transformed into Little Sister, a physically and mentally altered girl whose body was repurposed to produce ADAM, explaining Splicers' attempts to capture her. As Booker desperately tries to call Sally back to her senses and pull her out of the ventilation shaft, she screams out for her protector, "Mister Bubbles", who turns out to be a hulking humanoid clad in an antique diving gear known as Big Daddy who attacks Booker, forcing him to engage the creature in an fight near the central ventilation shaft from which he emerges victorious, apparently killing the Big Daddy. However, as he returns to the vent to try and pull Sally out, Booker suffers a series of flashbacks which reveal the truth to him; Private Investigator Booker DeWitt is actually a version of Zachary Hale Comstock from the timeline where he bought infant Anna DeWitt from Booker DeWitt in 1893, only for regretful Booker to try and get her back, resulting in an scuffle. However, while the scuffle usually ended with Comstock prevailing and taking Anna to rechristen her into Elizabeth and start on grooming her to become his successor as a leader of Columbia with Anna losing her finger in the process due to the tear opened by Comstock closing around her hand, in this specific timeline, scuffle ended with Anna being grabbed head-first by Comstock as he tried to pull her away from Booker which resulted in the tear closing around Anna's neck, decapitating and killing her. Horrified and regretful of his actions, Comstock requested that Rosalind and Robert Lutece use their tear-generating machine to send him to a time and place where he could forget the disasterous attempt at securing a heir for Columbia with the two having used the machine to send Comstock to Rapture in the late 1940s, resulting crossover causing Comstock to forget his past and reassume his original identity of Booker DeWitt, eventually becoming an private investigator. As he realizes that, Elizabeth shows her true colors, revealing to have known who "Booker" was all along and that her plan was to wait for him to remember his past identity so that she could kill him, as this specific Comstock was one of the few who escaped the purge that occurred after Elizabeth murdered Booker DeWitt within the Sea Of Doors in 1912 in an attempt to prevent Columbia and horrors its residents would bring upon humanity from ever coming into existence. Despite Comstock desperately trying to apologize to Elizabeth, his pleas fall on deaf ears as she merely watches on while Big Daddy previously defeated by Comstock gets back up and brutally murders him by skewering him with its drill-arm. And with that, part one of Burial At Sea expansion is completed on this channel.
