This homemade pizza has a protein-packed cottage cheese crust, making it the perfect fitness-friendly, guilt-free meal. It’s crispy, cheesy, and ridiculously easy to make. Whether you're on a keto diet, counting macros, or just trying to eat healthier, this recipe is a game-changer! Recipe below. RECIPE ▪️Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust ▪️1 Cup 4%cottage cheese (not low or no fat) ▪️1/2 tsp garlic salt ▪️1/2 tsp italian seasoning ▪️1 egg ▪️1/4 Cup coconut flour ▪️1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan ▪️Pizza sauce (you can make your own or make sure if purchasing to check ingredients for clean ingredients) ▪️Uncured Pepperoni (no nitrates or nitrites) ▪️Fresh Mozzarella ▪️Fresh Basil (chopped) ▪️Heat oven to 400 degrees. ▪️Mix cottage cheese, seasoning, egg, coconut flour & parmesan in a bowl. Place parchment paper down on the pizza pan. ▪️Pour cottage cheese mixture on a pan and spread out in a circle like a pizza. Bake for 20 minutes. ▪️When the crust is baking, cut up your fresh mozzarella and basil. ▪️Once 20 min have passed, pull out of the oven, spread pizza sauce over the pizza crust, place the mozzarella and pepperoni on the crust, topped with the fresh basil and sprinkled parmesan. ▪️Bake for another 10 minutes. ▪️Let cool before cutting into as it needs to settle.
