Essential Guide to Creating a Rubber Band Paddle Boat (2019)

Make this awesome elastic band powered paddle boat from hot glue and Popsicle sticks or lollipops. A great, fun project to do with kids. Wind it up and you're set! Start by cutting out four pieces of half a Popsicle stick to form the frame. Then, put two Popsicles on the sides for a base. Use hot glue to attach the pieces together. Next, form the paddle by cutting out a two-inch piece and shaping it to interlock. You can do this by filing the middle. Attach the paddle with a rubber band and your boat is now complete.
