They love exploring and learning new skills. Whether they help with gardening projects like building my greenhouse or raised beds, or I do specific garden projects for kids like writing plant labels or even simple things like weeding, watering and planting seeds, the benefits of gardening for children is deep. They learn about where their food comes from, and they eat veggies! In fact my kids eat veggies from the garden that I wouldn't have ever tried to feed them, so I love that they are growing up and learning this skill young.
