These little pizzas are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded with your favorite toppings like turkey ham, pickles, and melted cheese. 🧾 Full Recipe: Dough Ingredients: • 720g cottage cheese • 2 eggs • 200g rice flour (or wheat flour) • 1 tsp baking powder • Salt to taste Toppings: • Turkey ham (diced) • Pickles or baby gherkins (chopped) • Pizza sauce • Shredded cheese • 1 egg yolk (for brushing the edges) Instructions: 1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl until smooth. 2. Shape dough into balls (about 110–120g each). 3. Press each ball to form a well in the center, shaping a crust with raised edges. 4. Fill with sauce, turkey ham, pickles and top with shredded cheese. 5. Brush the outer edges with egg yolk for a golden finish. 6. Bake at 180°C (355°F) for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy warm or store for later - they reheat beautifully!
