01. 조흥동류 - 중부살풀이춤 (춤_백진희) 경기 중부 지역의 춤사위를 집대성해 조흥동에 의해 만들어진 살풀이춤이다. 그 수건의 길이가 도살풀이 길이만큼 길며 춤사위의 다양함은 고도의 테크닉을 요하는 동작들로 구성되어 있다. ○ 주최 및 촬영/국립국악원[National Gugak Center] The National Gugak Center Dance Theater, Female Dance-Battle ‘Ryu’ [2015.06.03.] Only the female members in the Dance Theater show the feminine movements as well as the detailed techniques of Korean traditional dance! This is the great opportunity to see the outstanding solo dances of many styles choreographed by master dancers. The audience will judge the best of the best, the dancing queen. The National Gugak Center Dance Theater Established in 1962, the Dance Theater has passed down the history and tradition of Korean dance including court dancing, folk dancing, and contemporary creative dancing. It is committed to preserving and promoting the court dance, including “Cheoyongmu,” which was designated as a world cultural heritage by UNESCO in 2009, “Seonyurak” and “Pogurak,” and also to develop our unique dance for future generations. The Dance Theater is also striving to concentrate on the development of our dance and creative activities and widely promote its beauty. Jo Heung-dong Style Jungbu salpuri VS Yi Mae-bang Style Honam salpuri 01. Jo Heung-dong Style Jungbu Salpuri (Dance_Baek Jin-hui) (8:33) The dance is choreographed by Master Jo Heung-dong by compiling many styles of salpuri performed in the Gyeonggido province and central area of the Korean peninsula. A very long white cloth is used for the dance, and the motions and movements require highly trained techniques.
