Flood risk increases as rain lashes Qld

More heavy rain is expected across southeast Queensland on Sunday after a torrential downpour overnight. Some parts received more than 100 millimetres, including at Oakey in the drought-ravaged Darling Downs region, which has recorded more than 115 millimetres since 9am on Saturday. A severe weather warning remains in place for the region and forecasters are warning residents about increased flood risk down to the New South Wales border.
