ABOUT: Michael Jackson performing Billie Jean in Munich, Germany, on July 6th 1997, the second on two shows (July 4th and 6th) at the Olympiastadion Munich, during the 58th show of the HIStory World Tour, in front of a sold out audience of 75.000 people. THOUGHT: I like this Billie Jean performance, it's perfectly streamlined, it has nice dancing, it's groovy. It's just good. The vocals suck due to laryngitis. It's extremely overrated as it's the most famous Billie Jean performance with maybe the exception of Motown 25 or the MSG 2001 Mix. It's unfortunate this was the show we had to have in this quality, it's a bad show but it has many issue that most other HWT shows don't.
